Windward Construction Management is a multidisciplinary high-end construction, renovation, and contracting firm that was founded in 2018 in Southampton, New York by Justin Fulweiler and Jill Purpura. With nearly 40 years of combined experience, we have created a construction management and general contracting firm that specializes in crafting high quality, bespoke, private residential homes. Our company is known for its boutique approach and trustworthiness, delivering highly specialized projects. With our focus on custom built homes throughout the East End of Long Island we deliver an unparalleled level of attention to detail, customer service, and direct hands‐on involvement with all project team members that has earned us the repeat business of several clients, as well as collaborations with top architects, interior, landscape and lighting designers. 

We have completed a wide range of projects in a variety of styles and sizes from ultra modern ocean front homes to historic renovations. Our work spans from mid-century modern to traditional shingle style and stretches throughout the East End.
