Windward Construction Management was founded in 2018 by Justin Fulweiler and Jill Purpura. The founders combined their thirty plus years of experience to create a construction management and general contracting firm that specializes in high quality, private residential projects.

The company prides itself on their boutique firm approach, their attention to detail and their direct hands‐on involvement with all project team members. Windward Construction Management has completed a wide range of projects in a variety of styles and sizes from Southampton to Amagansett.
